Back Belt

Description

Effective, safe and unique… expertise in back care
The BackRack BackBelt is like a moulded cast that gives full support and stability for your back. It reinforces your core through a specific set of nodules and an assistive set of metal rods that fit around your waist. This reflects the muscles in your torso around your spine.

How does BackRack BackBelt work?
Almost all back pain is caused by bone deformity directly linked to, compression. This is when your spine becomes squashed or shortened from its natural length. BackRack BackBelt works directly on the cause of back pain by decompressing your spine.

The BackRack BackBelt decompresses the lateral-facet lumbar joints, in your back, which are small stabilising joints between and behind your vertebrae. The BackRack BackBelt supports your back and relieves pain and increases your mobility. It has a unique concept and application in back care.

By treating the cause rather than just the symptoms, you can banish back pain – for good.
How do I use BackRack BackBelt?
The BackRack BackBelt is very comfortable and easy to use. You simply place the belt around your back while standing and ensure it fits tightly so you can enjoy the full benefits. If you have severe pain, you can put the belt on while you are lying down.

Here are some tips for putting the BackRack BackBelt on:

  • Make sure the central part (lumbar nodules) fit exactly on your lower back.

  • Take a deep breath and close all layers very tightly, particularly the first layer. Then take another deep breath and adjust the second and third layers.

  • Make sure there isn’t any gap between the lumbar belt and your body.

You can wear the BackRack BackBelt over thin clothing but ensure it still fits tightly. You can keep it on all the time while you are getting on with your everyday activities, such as while you’re walking, working, travelling, sitting (at a computer for example), lying down (resting), and during sports. Don’t wear it when you go to bed, although it might help to wear it in the short term if you are in severe pain.

Keep wearing the BackRack BackBelt until your pain subsides or goes entirely.
How does BackRack BackBelt differ to other back care products?
BackRack BackBelt is an unrivalled product for the treatment of back pain. Endorsed by world top spinal specialists and incorporating worldwide patented technology, it is truly a stand-alone product in back care.

Unlike other muscular belts that don’t offer any support and therefore weaken the muscles in your core, BackRack BackBelt gives full support and stability for your back. It tackles the cause of your back pain rather than mask the symptoms, so you can expect lasting results. It may even help you avoid the need for more aggressive forms of treatment, such as surgery.
