Back Pain Relief | The Luklinski Clinic & The Backrack System

We are a small spinal clinic, located on Harley Street, London, and we specialise in treating chronic and difficult (elsewhere defined “incurable”) spinal cases which have not responded to previous forms of treatment.

When you come for a visit at out clinic, the three main questions we would like to know are:

  1. Where is your pain located? It matters to know not only that your pain is located in the back, but more specifically which section of the back.
  2. How long have you had your pain for? Whether your condition is acute (has only affected you for a short period of time) or chronic (has been present long-term), it is imperative to let the specialist know, as this might affect the steps following the consultation. Chronic low back pain is an example of some of the more common forms of back pain, for example.
  3. What treatment options have you tried so far? It is a good practice to mention what approaches you have taken in the past for pain management, and whether they didn’t work at all or only worked to some extent. Some examples include using muscle relaxants, bed rest, a heating pad or an ice pack to treat back pain that is associated with muscle tension.

This will allow our specialist to examine the affected area and thoroughly carry out a consultation in order to reach a conclusion and provide you with a diagnosis. In addition to the questions listed above, to further help understand your issues the specialist might ask for additional health information that is relevant to the symptoms you are experiencing.

Each consultation is done manually (without any tools/MRI scans etc) by our specialist who has over 45 years of clinical experience in the field of Orthopaedic Spinal Rehabilitation. Prior to this consultation, the patient is asked to fill out a questionnaire that Mr Luklinski can assess. He will then discuss your case personally.

How we help our patients

We deal with the ‘worst’ cases in back pain. Many patients are at the end of their tether when they come to visit us, having seen chiropractors, osteopaths and physical therapists, many of whom advised their patient to try physical therapy which proved to be ineffective or even suggested surgery to relieve back pain.

As such people either do not want to undergo surgery or have failed to treat their pain and other symptoms associated with back problems through previous approaches they took, they visit our clinic, searching for an alternative solution. And we are proud to say that we have a highly successful rate of helping them get back to their normal lifestyle without pain, thanks to the experience of our specialist as well as the approaches we take to help our patients.

Although treatment depends on the issue, the length of time the issue has occurred, as well as other individual factors, each case is dealt with specialistically and in a personal way that focuses on the individual issues and needs of the patient. In other words, each patient receives tailor advice and treatment that addresses his/her symptoms.

Backrack Non-Invasive Orthopaedic Method To Treat Spinal Disorders

We do not prescribe any drugs/painkillers or advise any surgery and work with non-invasive Orthopaedic methods only. Our main form of treatment is using the Spinal Backrack to decompress the spine. This is a patented device that is safe to use at home.
It works by using your own body weight as you perform specific, targeted exercises that address your individual problem, applying massage to your spine, stretching it without causing any side effects.
Its design allows for a wide-ranged applicability in treating spinal disorders, including the possibility to treat issues such as sciatica, lower back pain, neck pain and others. The reason why the Backrack is so effective is because it addresses the underlying causes of these issues, rather than the symptoms.
So if you’re ready to join thousands of happy patients who have already seen results from using the Backrack, why not join them and get your today?

Because it might be difficult for some people to physically visit our clinic and be seen by our specialist, (which is the best option to consider), the second-best move is to try our home therapy Backrack System. It has been designed in 2003 by Mr Luklinski himself, using his extensive knowledge to make back pain treatment readily available to many people from the comfort of their own home.

However, just because you are treating your back pain problems at home, it doesn’t mean that you are left without support. If you decided to use the Backrack to treat your spinal issues, you will receive guidance through 1:1 sessions with one of our specialists, who will teach you what exercises work best for your condition, how to execute them, as well as why spinal decompression is a safe and effective method to address your symptoms.

Spinal Backrack Conditions

This decompression method is safe and works on a variety of back pain types (including sciatica, lower back pain, herniated discs, bulging discs, prolapsed discs, neck pain, thoracic pain, and many others which are referenced in the image above. It successfully targets all three major regions of the spine, namely the cervical, thoracic and lumbar spine. With as little as 20 minutes of specific daily exercises, over a period of time, many people notice a significant improvement in their symptoms, more specifically in terms of the degree of their pain.
