Day to day tasks…

  • creating and managing all social media activity on Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, Google My Business that represents the Brand.
  •  Being a Brand Ambassador.
  • Analyses analytics to gauge the success of campaigns.
  • Working with the General Manager and partners to support email marketing campaigns and initiatives.
  • Seek opportunities to improve the use of social media and develop ‘followers’ by creating campaigns.
    – Engages with target customers or clients and provides service and/or sales suggestions.
    – Provide suggestions to management for improving customer experience on social platforms and internal processes.
    – Assists in creating performance reports.
    – Reviews and manages blog content.
    – Creating a monthly newsletter.
  • Good knowledge of SEO and tool like MOZ.
  • Awareness and knowledge of the competition, and being up to date with online events
  • Proficient in CANVA
