The only sure-fire way to get rid of back pain is to treat the underlying cause of the problem, but for lower back pain with no significant cause, treatments can be hit and miss.
What works well for one person might not have any effect on another. In many cases people take pain medication when their moderate back pain is caused by musculoskeletal disorders, for example. In this case, pain medication will not solve the problem as it only temporarily relieves the symptoms.
Additionally, it always best to address any back problems in ways that are as natural as possible, avoiding invasive treatments and pain management options. In order to address back problems holistically, in a manner that is natural, yet effective in treating and preventing the problem for returning, consider one or more of the following approaches.

In turn, this can also press down on other parts of the back, such as discs, nerve roots, or joints, altering their structures.
A trapped or irritated spinal nerve root is the one that triggers the pain sensations. In this case, freeing the nerve, which became trapped due to compression of the spine, shall in turn get rid of the pain. This can be achieved through spinal decompression.
Decompression of the spine reverses the process of compression by repeatedly stretching your spine in a gentle manner until it lengthens back to its original length, as compression causes the spine to become shorter.
