Job Description
Spinal Backrack is a growing specialising in healthcare products, as well as wellness and fitness services. As our team is expanding we are now looking for a new Sales and Customer Service Executive who is looking for a great opportunity to grow their sales career.
The role
We are looking for a Sales Executive to carry out daily outbound sales activities and assist the Sales Manager with other daily duties such as providing reports of customers’ feedback.
Role type: remote/home-based; full-time; permanent;
Role description:
- Conduct daily outbound sales and marketing calls to both B2B and B2C prospects.
- Promote brand awareness and act as a brand ambassador.
- Research sources for developing prospective customers and for information to determine their potential.
- Developing clear and effective written proposals/quotations for current and prospective customers.
- Expediting the resolution of customer problems and complaints.
- Coordinating sales efforts with marketing, sales management, accounting, logistics and technical service groups.
- Analysing the territory/market’s potential and determining the value of existing and prospective customers to the organization.
- Planning and organizing personal sales strategy by maximizing the Return on Time Investment for the territory/segment.
- Supplying management with oral and written reports on customer needs, problems, interests, competitive activities, and potential for new products and services

The ideal candidate:
- Has a genuine passion for sales and is a people person.
- Is passionate about the healthcare and fitness industries.
- Has some experience working in telesales/ B2B sales.
- Havs experience using a CRM.
- Is comfortable to be working to targets and KPIs.
- You will be joining a growing team of enthusiastic people who love what they do and are focused on making every day a positive and fun experience.
You will be providing support to implement the calls strategy for Spinal Backrack and report directly to the Manager on all sales-related tasks.
